Expense Graveyard is a collaborative group expense tracking application that transforms the mundane task of splitting costs into an engaging, gothic-steampunk adventure. Built for travelers, roommates, and social groups, the app combines practical financial management with an immersive steampunk aesthetic featuring animated fog effects, brass mechanical elements, and delightfully spooky theming. Users can create private “covens” to track shared expenses for food and accommodations, with real-time calculations that automatically determine who owes what to whom. Beyond expense tracking, the app features unique elements such as “Zombie Feast Frenzy” (a collaborative food discovery game), a personal countdown timer known as the “Adventure Chronometer,” and integrated weather forecasting with geolocation support. The application strikes a perfect balance between professional functionality and a playful personality, offering both a demo mode for individual users and full group collaboration capabilities. With responsive mobile design, secure user authentication, and persistent data storage, Expense Graveyard proves that financial tools don’t have to be boring.
